Notice of Rule-Making Activity The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is considering the adoption of rules related to the Home Advantage Program (HFA 327). The Authority's Board of Directors expects to take action on these rules on or after June 26, 2008. These rules are expected to be effective July 26, 2008.
