New Hampshire Housing - ACCESS Program

New Hampshire Housing operates ACCESS, a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program that provides assistance with rent or first-time homeownership to qualified persons.

Eligibility Requirements:

Head of household is 61 years old or younger and disabled

Lives in a nursing home, assisted living or residential care facility

Desires to move to a more independent setting.

Meets all other eligibility requirements for the HCV Program.

New Hampshire Housing also gives a preference for a Housing Choice Voucher to persons of any age living in a nursing home or receiving services through a Home and Community Based Care (HCBC) Medicaid Waiver. If you believe you are eligible the next step is to apply for a Housing Choice Voucher.
